The report, inaugurated by President Xi Jinping’s Secretary in Beijing, brings together ministers, ambassadors, scholars, journalists, and officials to promote global governance and address pressing challenges.

The report emphasizes that true multilateralism is the only viable choice for humanity to tackle global issues and foster peace and development. It distinguishes itself from unilateralism and pseudo-multilateralism, highlighting the need for fairness, justice, openness, and inclusiveness .

The report was direct on true multilateralism urging international community to uphold UN principles, promote extensive consultation, joint contribution, and shared benefits. In term of global governance, the report calls for adapting to shifting world landscape, upholding UN Charter, and fostering cooperation.

It stresses the importance of, extensive consultation as this will encourage joint contributions and shared benefits.  Upholding UN principles and promoting inclusiveness. With adequate implementation it will provides rooms for openness and inclusiveness, thereby fostering global cooperation and solidarity.
